People tell me all of the time how they marinate chicken in Italian dressing, but they've never thought to marinate pork chops. Well the time is here to grill these excellent pork chops!

  • 4 boneless pork chops about 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  1. Place all ingredients in a self-sealing bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes - or as long as overnight.

  2. Remove chops from bag, discarding marinade, and grill over a medium-hot fire, turning once, until just done, about 7-10 minutes total cooking time.  Internal temperature should read 145 degrees Fahrenheit on a meat thermometer.  Allow pork chops to rest for three minutes before serving.
