Easy Peanut Butter & Yogurt Fruit Dip

Growing kids means we need several healthy snack options.  This easy peanut butter and yogurt fruit dip is a great easy snack for kids.  

We have used a variety of fruit, but apples, strawberries and bananas seem to be our favorites.  This is also a great food to bring along to parties and share with friends.  If there's extra dip we add it to a smoothie, so that we don't waste any food.

Ingredients

  • 1 T. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together and serve with fruit of your choice!
