Much to our carpet farmer’s delight Santa Claus left the new Big Farm Silage Chopper under the Christmas tree.  However, Santa did not bring a Big Farm Silage Wagon, so we had to improvise.

Our carpet farmer is very creative and loves building things.  So, he used cardboard boxes to add cardboard sides and a top on the smaller wagons that he already had.  If you look closely you can see that he cut the cardboard to have the same silhouette as real silage wagons.

We love simple projects like this that are fun and cheap to make.  He’s already gotten hours of play out of these homemade toy silage wagons!

Maybe he’ll earn money to buy the wagon or get it for his birthday.
