Pork

I spent 13 years working for farmers and sharing how to keep pork tender and juicy while it’s cooking, so we’ve got great tips on how to make the best pork chops in the Oven or on the Grill.

Sausage is easy to prepare and always a crowd favorite.  Kielbasa & Noodles with Cabbage is a new meal we enjoy regularly. Kielbasa & Cabbage is a bit more simple and a great keto meal, just like our classic Kielbasa & Sauerkraut.

My husband is proud of his German heritage and will ask for Sausage and Sauerkraut in the Instant Pot or Air Fryer regularly.

Pulled Pork is always in our freezer because it goes so great on Sliders, Crescent Rolls, a Loaded Potato Bar or Nachos.

Our Creamy Pork Chop Casserole, Farmhouse Ham Loaf and Ham Balls are more tried and true favorites.

We’re proud that both sides of our family raise pork.  Our son even raises a couple of pigs each year in 4-H.  When you buy pork in any grocery store you are supporting farm families like ours all over the USA!
