The two most common meal requests from my son are pancakes and pasta. I want to make meals that are fun for the kids, but I also want to make healthy meals that include more than one food group. So, this new protein mix, drizzled with melted peanut butter, a hint of chocolate syrup and served with fresh fruit and bacon is a great meal that our whole family enjoys. This was actually an amazing combination that may replace using syrup in our home.
Make pancakes according to instructions on box
Top pancakes with fruit. Melt peanut butter in microwave safe dish and drizzle over pancakes. Then drizzle desired amount of chocolate and ENJOY!
